100 Portraits der Leute von Lech
Thirty years ago, "The People of Lech" was published, featuring 40 black-and-white portraits, landscapes, and still lifes by Konrad Rufus Müller with text by Michael Köhlmeier. The photographs were taken in 1993/94, and the volume quickly sold out. Since 2016, these portraits have been displayed in the foyer of the Almhof. Between 2018 and 2022, Müller created a second series of 60 portraits, also displayed at the Almhof. Both series are now published in a new volume titled "100 Portraits of the People of Lech," accompanied by texts from Müller and German media theorist Prof. Bernd Stiegler.
Landscape with(out) Locus
Landscape with(out) Locus interprets landscape as an ever-changing social, economic, and ecological construct. The book assembles a selection of texts by scholars and artists. The texts are counterposed with images drawn from wide-ranging contexts, from historical and contemporary art to documentary photography, photo reportage, and AI-generated imagery. This book is a tool for generating knowledge on the complex relationship between our visual culture and the social and economic conditions. Published by Nero Editions Eva Leitolf, Giulia Cordin

AS IF, by Spector Books
A Lungomare Reader[en], 16 Dialogues about Sheep, Black Holes, and Movement
To mark its 20th anniversary, Lungomare published the volume AS IF - 16 dialogs about sheep, black holes and movement.
Starting from dialog as a form of relationship that Lungomare has embraced in its 20 years of artistic and cultural activity, and approaching themes, people and places while always going a little beyond its own borders and horizons, the book brings together 51 voices of people who have been invited to express their own vision for a renegotiation of the future.

Eric Asamoah, Forever Lasts Until It Ends
Eric Asamoah’s (b. Linz, Austria, 1999) photographic practice is informed by his engagement with tendencies in progressive Black thought. He navigates the complexity of what it means to be young, Black, and anchored in a diasporic visual culture. Before translating his ideas into compositions, Asamoah records his thoughts in diary entries and notes. Far from being mere preparatory sketches.
The publication shines a spotlight on two central series of analog photographs: Forever Lasts Until It Ends (2022) and The Day After Tomorrow (2021). For both projects, Asamoah traveled to his parents’ native Ghana. With an essay by Brooklyn J. Pakathi and a conversation between Gabriel Proedl and the artist.

Liminal von Thomas Sing
Thomas Sings book "Liminal" won the Gold Prize of the ICMA - International Creative Media Award in the art book category🏆.
Black velvet hardcover with blind embossing and shiny black cut, graphic design, cover and typeface: Christine Maier at WunderUndTaten.
A photo-book with texts by Teresa Del Sole and Thomas Sing, edited by Chiara Padovan.
A photo book that was essentially built on associations. It invites us to open ourselves to the poetry of immanence, to pause and experience: the flight of birds, the flow of water, the vastness of the horizon. The city as an organism, the body as a place. The diversity of being.
